Tha Carter 2 (2005) Lil Wayne Opinion With its unending, effortless verses, and uncharacteristically soulful beat selection, it was the second Carter that put Weezy in the "best rapper alive" conversation. That was back when men were men and kissing your daddy on the lips didn't need to be paused. Definitely Download: 1. "Receipt" 2. "Best Rapper Alive" 3. "Grown Man" 4. "Fly In" 5. "Fire Man" Rating 8/10

The Blueprint Jay-z Opinion A pitch perfect bird's eye view of celebrity, from the celebration to the angst, featuring a re-revolution in hip-hop production—via Kanye, Just Blaze, and Bink—that brought rap back to its soulful roots, The Blueprint is a flawless listen. Any naysayers left with a reasonable doubt after his first five LPs had to concede that Jay was hip-hop's master architect of the album format. Must have songs - 1. Takeover 2. Izzo(H.O.V.A) 3. Song Cry 4. Blueprint (Momma Loves me) rating - 10/10

Malice n Wonderland Snoop Dogg Opinion : While some rappers overuse Auto-Tune, Snoop Dogg seems to be running his career on autopilot. His 10th studio album, Malice N Wonderland, is dominated by the same old gangsta clichés, presented in the same slick cadences he's been using for years, over the same kinds of monolithically booming beats he's long favored. The album's least boring moments come when he waxes sentimental about his longtime wife, often with guest crooners like Jazmine Sullivan and Brandy helping switch up the sonic formula. Otherwise, it's all listenable enough — just nothing you haven't heard him do better before. Worth Downloading : 1. Different Languages 2. Luv Drunk 3. 1800 4. Pronto 5. Pimpin' Ain't EZ (Best Song) 6/10

The Ecstatic Mos Def Opinion- The Ecstatic is the quintessential grower, and for some that won't be easy to take. But rest assured it will grow on you and after a couple of spins you'll have the soulful, Latin funk of “Casa Bey” and the snappy rhymes of tracks like “Quiet Dog Bite Hard” stuck in your head. Worth Downloading : 1)Twilite Speed 2)Quite Dog Bite Hard 3)Life In Marvelous Times 4)Casa Bey Rating - 8/10

Only Built 4 Cuban Linx… Pt. II Raekwon The reason it works, like all of Cuban Linx, Pt 2, is that Raekwon is a poet of grime, a storyteller who understands that rap is less about an easy hook than the collision of carefully chosen words. He’s also a melancholic who prefers replaying the circumstances of growing up in hell (“All my life around drug niggas, villains who want millions/ Niggas with them hoodies on with Teks in the building”) to celebrating the trappings of success. With production from nearly every top name in hip-hop, it’s a spooky and sad monograph — not lovable, but quite powerful. Best Tracks - 1) House of Flying Daggers 2) New Wu 3) Ason Jones 4) Catalina Rating - 9.5/10 Probably the best Rap Album of the year . Check it out if you like Hip Hop besides Eminem.

The Renaissance Q-Tip Q-Tip delivers danceable rhymes, mostly about love — of self, women and hip-hop. He also touches society and music industry politics with an intelligence often lacking in today’s music. The Renaissance feels like a complete album. Each song has distinctive characteristics, and brilliant sequencing allows for seamless transitions between tracks. Q-Tip claims, in the album’s first verse, “Its time for me to bring back the hope / Put feeling in the music that you can quote.” Best believe. Had The Renaissance come out in the early ‘90s, some of these songs would now be ingrained in public consciousness with the type of universal quotability attained by classic tracks like “Can I Kick It” or “Check the Rhyme”. Best Songs - 1) Gettin' Up 2) Official 3) Manwomanboogie Rating - 9.2/10

THE slim shady lp EMINEM Opinion: The album is truly an hip hop classic and one of the greatest debut in hip hop. Ever song is a classic. The storytelling is one of the strong sides of the album. But there is a lot violence in the album (97 bonnie and clyde , Guilty conscience). But still it's the best Album of eminem. RATING 4.5/5

Get Rich or Die Tryin'
50 Cent
Opinion
50 becoming more of a phenomenon than simply a rapper — so massive that you had to be skeptical, particularly given the marketing-savvy nature of the rap world. Get Rich is indeed an impressive debut, not quite on the level of a landmark debut , but impressive nonetheless, definitely ushering in 50 as one of the truly eminent rappers of his era. In sum, Get Rich is an incredibly calculated album, an amazing one. After all, when Eminem raps, "Take some Big and some Pac/And you mix them up in a pot/Sprinkle a little Big L on top/What the f*ck do you got?" you know the answer.
Get Rich isn't quite the masterpiece 50 seems capable of, impressive or not.
Must Have Songs -
1)Patiently Waiting (featuring Eminem) 2)In da Club" 3)21 Questions 4)Wanksta
